What’s cooking? Baked beet chips

Adapted from the Beet Chips recipe from marthastewart.com.

Tips on ensuring you get crunchy chips:

  • Ensure the beet chips are cut very thinly as the recipe calls for
  • Stacking a baking sheet on top of the beet chips does help it from curling quite a bit
  • Expect the beet chip size to shrink at least to 1/3 to 1/2 from its original size because the water content has evaporated
