Some particularly good points the article raises have to do with client expectations and recollections. Be proactive and stay on top of managing client expectations. Ensure your client knows what they are going to be getting from you. You don’t want to be stuck in a situation where the client thinks they’re going to be getting one thing when in fact you are delivering something else.
