What’s Cooking? Sunday Cooking for the Week

This Sunday I managed to accomplish a few things:

  1. Made a good dent utilizing the veggies in the fridge (sauteed mushrooms, pureed beets, cucumber noodles, julienned carrots)
  2. Dive into the freezer to use up some shrimp
  3. Got to try a new recipe (pureed beets)
  4. Got to try out some recent kitchen gadget purchases (vegetable spiralizer for the cucumber noodles, julienne slicer for the carrots and a vegetable slicer to slice up the beets and mushrooms)

Anything to help throw together meals in the week that much more quickly I am all up for.
